Why is Christmas on December 25th?

Answered By Crissy Yarnell, Editor

It was an original claim that it's the day when Jesus was born. However, people believed that it was not on December 25th. It was just moved to said date to concur with the pagan holiday. This is one of the reasons regarding the division of the church because most pagans celebrated the birth of Jesus on the 25th of December which is now the Christmas day.
